Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be undamaged and remain in the same condition as it was delivered.

• A clear photograph of the product must be provided for our review and approval.
• The product must be securely and safely packed before sending it back for return or exchange.
• Tester sets are not eligible for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange request if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.

Damages or Wrong Items

Please check your order carefully as soon as you receive it. If the product is damaged, defective, or you have received an incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will review the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will send the replacement item to your provided address. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be transferred to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that, depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
